Such communication may contain Order details, Product information, payment information, shipping details, and an estimated delivery timeframe.

PIYAMO reserves the right to contact the Customer for verification or clarification where reasonably necessary to process an Order.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PIYAMO may provide delivery services to locations within India that are serviceable by its logistics and courier partners.

Delivery timelines displayed on the Website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where a Product is received in a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different condition, the Customer should notify PIYAMO within the period and in the manner specified in the Refund & Return Policy.

Where required for verification, PIYAMO may request photographs, videos, packaging details, Order information, or other reasonable evidence relating to the claim.

10. CANCELLATION
